  1. is a partnership website developed by APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation), the European Union's CNSA (Contact Network of Spam-Enforcement Authorities), the ITU (International Telecommunication Union), the London Action Plan, the OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development), the Seoul-Melbourne Anti-Spam group and four associate partners, the Internet Society (ISOC), the Messaging Anti-Abuse Working Group (MAAWG), the Asia-Pacific Telecommunity and the Asia-Pacific chapter of the Coalition Against Unsolicited Commercial Email (CAUCE). The website, which was launched during the first meeting of the United Nations Internet Governance Forum (IGF) in Athens, Greece aims to help co-ordinate international action against spam more effectively and improve information sharing. It contains information on anti-spam laws and enforcement activities, consumer and business education, best practices for fighting spam, and international co-operation.
